Refund policy

Refund Policy for Art and Physical Goods:

If for some reason you’re not happy with the product, please contact me at ashmi@ashmipathela.com.

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of having arrived, if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note I do not cover shipping fees for a return.

Please be sure to pack the art carefully in its original packaging. If you threw away the original packaging, please pack it with similar materials (ie. sturdy rigid mailer, acid free materials, etc.) so it arrives safely and securely. For advice on packaging materials, please do not hesitate to contact me.

A refund will be given within 5 business days of the item(s) returning to me in the same condition as purchased. A refund will not be issued if the artwork is returned damaged due to improper packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, please email me a photo of the damage. I will issue a full refund if you have paid for insured shipping. If you haven’t committed to insured shipping, you will have the option of a 30% refund or a replacement if you’re willing to cover the shipping fee.
